A Tech 21 (makers of the Sansamp) Trademark 30 might change your mind.
Some of my friends that own stacks of Marshalls turned me on to them years ago, when they were only making the Trademark 10. Not saying it sounds as good as tubes, but they do sound good, and the louder you crank it the better it sounds. Don't know how they do that. And, ACTIVE CONTROLS. Very sensitve, but I like them.

hell... for solid state?.. randall.. lol..lol.. can you tell i'm a randall fan?.. solid state today is waaaaaayyyy different than 20 yrs ago..

Just got a Sansamp Tech 21 in the shop second hand. Brilliant little amp for sure
