Default Question about neck

I was wondering can you take a neck from a Ibanez RG120, and put it on a Body of a Ibanez RG5SP2? And will it work normally.
I know the Ibanez RG120 is a D shape, and the Ibanez RG5SP2 has a Wizard 2 neck, I dout it right?

If the scale is the same, and the neck heel is the same you won't have any problems.
