Is there anybody that sells reproduction Ibanez necks?
And no, I don't mean Ed Roman either.

There's a few bro, but they're either junk or the really good makers having a very long waiting list.

shitty wood

I know a guy who is sending one of my 540P necks out for blueprinting, etc.
I will see if I can get the number for you!

I'm sure Tim at Atomic Guitarworks can make whatever you want. It won't be cheap, though. On the other hand, when he built a custom neck for my RG517 body he also leveled the frets for me. Other guitar repairmen have seen this neck and remarked on the quality as well.

Heem,
I was trying to find something fairly cheap and easy. I soon realized, I might as well do it myself, because I didn't feel like shelling out that much for a neck, and I sure didn't want to be on a waiting list.

I don't look forward to doing any of those sharktooth inlays, but I can get the inlays on ebay.

Have you tried Warmoth? You'd have to apply the logo yourself, and I'm not sure if they have shark-fin\tooth.
