Default eventide pitchfactor... anyone?

Anyone used one of these? I have taken quite a fancy to them. A little pricey though...

I am looking for a pedal that tracks quite well for harmony solos or arpeggiated lick stuff.
I don't need it for chords, never really liked that sound. I also like a few of the other features but definitely won't be using all of them.

I think Tommy (tommysixgun) has one.
I'll holler at him and let him know about this thread.
EDIT: Tommy has the Timefactor, sorry.

Oh yeah, welcome to Shred!

Actually, I have a Timefactor. Great piece of "studio quiet" equipment.

Cool. I don't really have too many pedals that have this many effects.
I doubt i would actually use them all. Tommy do you have that on say a pedalboard or do you just use it for recording stuff?

i hear it tracks well, but as any pedal with a million options, it's probably a mind-wrecker.. tweakin and turnin until you get a decent sound, then lost when you accidentaly turn a knob or turn it off.. also dont like the display.. BUT.. eventide is bad-ass.. although i use lexicon.. so i really shouldnt comment on this pedal..lol.. good luck with it.. grab some snacks and a table (for the pedal.. not the snacks..lol).. and have fun experimenting..

It normally sits in the effects loop of my amp, but I do use it for recording, as well. Ibby4years has a good point. It is a complicated device, but it's flexible, as well.
