Ever since I sold my first one, it haunted me to no end. I swore I'd come back to the JS, just a matter of time. I saw this on ebay and swiped it up.
All original except for the black hardware and p'ups. Mo' Joe in the bridge and PAF Joe on the neck. GAS is cured once again. This will hurt me financially, but sometimes you gotta say screw it.

Thanks Tone.

Funny I really didn't care for the design of these when they first
came on the scene. I thought the RG's couldn't be touched (just my
personal preference), but hearing Joe make magic out of these guitars,
no doubt they must be amazing players. I'm a big fan now.
Still wish I had a Chromeboy though. lol

To me, that is the most perfect factory guitar made.
It just fits me. Feels really nice and easy to play.

There are places that can do the Chrome finish now.
Just sayin.

Yeah I know. Maybe down the road I'll get a second JS in a little rougher condition and do the Chrome mod.

Dude, do yourself a favor and at least find a used one.
You won't regret it. For the love of GOD you owe it to yourself!!

I'm still going to roll my own.
Haven't figured out which body wood I want to use.

I wouldn't mind buying one, but only in WHITE.

The Donnie Hunt paint mods are kinda cool. I'd consider something like
this if the dude was still alive. That could put the guitar into relic status.

I like the White best of all the non-custom finishes on the JS 1000 (or JS1s).
