Default NGD - yamaha edition

so me and my charvel didnt really get along....cool neck, didnt care much for the finish or the sound, and the entire guitar felt a little cheap ... i forgot how light basswood was haha

oh well

traded it for a like new yamaha pacifica 821!

huh? yamaha? arent those low end guitars?

nope! not this one

maybe roger can find me a catalog or somthing because im not having any luck with google !

born in 1994

she comes loaded with:

very nice c shape thin neck
24 frets
level frets
dimarzio air classics in the neck and bridge
dimarzio blue velvet in the middle
5 way switch
tone + vol knob
TRS pro trem
the locking nut has 2 screws which allow you to adjust the height of the nut on the fly.

she sounds beautiful, plays amazing, neck is more amazing than the charvel, and its made out of a nice alder body

Depends on what model it was. I had a 375 a few years back that was a piece of shit.

I've only played a few Yammies, but what I have, they are nice.
Marketing is everything, and they failed in that.

That's a beautiful guitar and an excellent deal. Congrats!

I had a Yamaha RGZ 211m and loved it except for the piece of shit Floyd licensed trems they put on that model. Very comfy neck and really nice stock pickups. I'd love to have one or a Pacifica with the TRS style trem like yours. Yamaha's are seriously under-rated, and I feel like there will be another one in my future at some point. In fact, if anybody has the skills to fill in a couple bridge post holes and drill for regular Floyd, you can get the RGZ - 211m's for around a $100 sometimes. Excellent budget shredder guitar.
