Did you order it through the custom shop, dude? I got a quote on a King V through the Jackson CS, but haven't followed through yet. Now that I have some time here at home I might do that. It's over a year to wait though I think. Little over $3000 too, but I guess thats the price to pay if you want an axe YOUR way. Either that or Ran Guitars, but last time I checked (due to the dollar being so freaking WEAK right now) they were more expensive than Jackson. Figures. Ran has some SICK guitars, and they will build anything you want... including shapes from other mfgs

Bought it used at $1200 + shipping $150 via ebay. Then USPS refused to do it based on it's size, despite having shipped my other 2 WR1's in Jan 09 and Feb 08. Maybe they hire umpa lumpa's now? It's coming via Fedex instead now, and the seller has paid the difference. Just means customs charges will go up.

Awesome dude! Sucks about customs but good you're getting your axe finally! Do they use the same case size for the WR1s as they do for the Vs and Kellys? I hate taking those through airports LOL. HUGE!!

They're not exactly carry-friendly. The seller said the guitar is "pre-Fender". Just hope it idoesn't come in the same case Jackson supplied with Warrior Pro's in 1990. Useless against damage.
