Soooo.... I emailed Floyd Rose about their prototype Vs over a month ago and still no response. I was curious if they were intending on producing these for the masses but they've so far been completely silent. Let me tell you, I think Vinnie and I will be the first in line for these things the SECOND they are available!
If anyone else is interested in one, email them (http://floydrose.com/contactus.html) and ask for it. Maybe the more interest we show, the more likely they will be to build them!

I hate the speedloader bridge, not the idea, but wtf am I supposed to do with 10s, tie up flowers? Hang up signs?
I wish Floyd would make a version with the OFR and standard tuning keys.....

I have to say I agree on that one. I played one of his other speedloader equipped axes and they play great, but my concerns are the same: 1. brand/gauge selection and 2. future availability. If one of those had an OFR... oh man!!!! :)

They do have an 11 set for the speedloader, but yeah... what happens when the speedloader doesn't catch on, and you need new strings? I know all my local shops stock Steinberger strings :)

I think as long as FR is around they will be selling the speedloader strings... online at least.

Yup, but the ones you see advertised are Korean, where these are the USA models and they been long discontinued.
