no problem. It does have a built in chorus. Only useful for clean sounds, the chorus sounds insanely bad on driven sounds LOL

the ADA is certainly a classic, it doesn't go high gain, probably right in the realm of a JCM 800.

deadly when boosted, that was my live rig for last year, worked like a charm

The ADa is a Tube Driven Pre amp hooked up to a Tube Power amp you got a Nice Classic Rock /Metal rig, The GSP 1101 is a Solid State Digital Preamp with Built in Effects, Way more Versatile and you can get any tone you want out of it! Very Nice Modern unit!

Absolutely love my MP-1:thumbs:
I've had one since around 1991 and it still works!!!! I love the chorus in it driven but set it for more of a stereo seperation, not real thick. I have a Mesa Quad that I love too, especially for warm Fender type cleans but I love the ADA for leads, sustain forever:thumbs:. My Mesa and the Simul 295 is like 7 rack spaces and heavy as a small car. The Ada I have hooked to a 1 rack CS 200x and is almost as loud, 2 spaces, and light as a feather.

Can't go wrong with the ADA MP-1 IMO :thumbs:
