I got this one off the bay pretty damn cheap. Now this one's not mint like my black one.......on the contrary, it looks like I've found an excellent candidate to break out that Dan Erlewine book I got, and start developing some tech skills.

This one needs to have the neck pup hooked up, the volume pot replaced, and a few parts bought for it. Locking nut screws and pads, black knob, trem bar......nothing major. I might pick up a zebra Mo Joe set of Dimarzios for this one. The other issue is a rather large chunk of wood on the back bottom edge broke off and has been glued back on at some point.

These guitars are a real secret in the old shred guitar community. Originally $1,200 guitars, they never got their fair share of recognition. That's fine, just means more for me.

I wouldn't worry about that chunk of wood,
unless you wanted to change the color, and have the whole thing painted.
Probably more trouble than what it's worth to fix it.

Looks like a pretty cool fiddle.

The Pacifica 1221M looks identical to the one I use to have. That looks like a nasty bump on that one. Hopefully that could be repaired, probably would be taken care of with a refinish. Just curious...is that pickguard cracked between the neck pocket and the neck pickup ? The one I had years ago had that crack. Looks those Pacifica slim necks and love the inlays too. :drool2:
