This should complete my small collection.......will have a total of 7 guitars after this one.
I know many people have more but 7 is enough for me.
Anyway this thing is just in the painting stages now and is about 2 weeks from being completed I was told.......

Oh, is that what that is? Looks nice.
What hardware is going on it?
Is it going to be a color, or clear?
BTW, we've heard that
"last guitar I am ever going to buy" line before. ;)

Ha ! You guys are funny - really most likely the last guitar I will buy. Seriously!
See I got some custom shredders made after having owned and played shit loads of guitars.
Cause I found out what neck specs fit my hands the best and what shapes I preferred, how many frets, etc...
So I have 3 full custom shredders - Jackson, Nocturne and Rico Jr.
I figured I would get a few to see if I could find that perfect guitar - of which there is none of course.
I went a little thinner on the neck with the Nocturne and the Rico Jr (compared to the Jackson). Also went with Alder on the Nocturne and Maple/Mahogany with the Rico. The Rico has an ebony board and stainless steel frets.
The Nocturne will have a bolt on neck joint but it will be similar to a Hamer Cali so the upper fret access will be fantastic.
The Rico Jr is a bolt on built like a neck through. No neck heel at all.
Anyway, thats enough. I would have to sell a guitar now before I get anymore. And the only one I would be willing to part with would be my PC1. However, the PC1 is my main guitar that I bring to jams cause I would not want any of my customs getting stolen. So I don't think I will be selling it.
I will post pics when completed.
So each guitar is a bit different yet similar in many ways. I have not received the Nocturne or the Rico yet. Very soon for both.

Very cool, Shredmonster. That's kind of what i'm doing, but it is kind of slow going. I know what neck width, scale and thickness I like, so I'm ahead of the game in that respect.

 very good plan, I like to pick up different guitars, all shapes, and just see what they inspire me to play. For me the guitar tells me what to play..
Probably why I suck...
