It's half and half. Enough that the forearm cut and scoop don;t show the transition; 7/8th's I think...

When I opted to go with flame maple instead of something paintable, I decided to stick with the Imperial layout for the added versatility. Face it, single hums are best suited to graphics, IMHO.
