yeah th hook horns are alil different, can you see that flame on the fingerboard. :drool2::drool2::drool2:
Then all them switches:notworthy. Some of them switches are for that booster system I was tellin you about a year or so ago. I still need to post a vid of that... Them booster systems are awesome when the gain iscranked up:thumbs:

Kind of reminds me of a Suhr,
except for the horns and the
crazy switching. :icon_eek:

With all the switches its like a couple axes in 1
not for sure but his lay out is most likely
booster switch
mod cap switch
vari tone
phase switchs
coil splitters
then vol, vol, tone pots 3-way pup select
thatsa about the norm on them

but then that takes the GAS fun away:icon_lol:

Too much for me.
But remember, i'm the guy that wired up my Les Paul Jimmy Page style (4 push pulls/21 different sounds). After about a month, I realized I didn't use the other stuff, ripped it all out, and wired it up the way they were in the 50s.

Much better! :icon_lol:

Cool I didn't know you wired it like that at first, I love push/pull pots. It hides the switch pretty good that way.
I would like to make 1 axe with all the switches and boosters and what ever else just to have to play around with when recording for cool and funky sounds.

I had a 82 warlock that was like it, but then I forgot how to set up the switchs for all the sounds....so then out of 30mins I played about 5-10 minutes cuz I wasted so much time figuring out what switch does what :icon_lol::icon_lol: I would of thought I would have learn a lesson then:eusa_whis

Yeah, i'm a pretty simple dude. Different guitars for different sounds.

The Jimmy Page wiring is from the first Jimmy Page model they did in the 90s,
before the historic reissues.
You had:
coil tapping • series/parallel • in/out of phase
on each pickup, and combinations with the switch in the middle.

How much does that Moser run, anyway?

man I could lost real quick wiring that if I dont have my Highlighter:icon_lol:
On crazy wirng the highlight must come out

Cost not sure, I would bet around $3-4000 as a guess. Keep inmind that is is all Koa wood and flamed or figured too. Thats pricy right there for the wood.

Have you heard of a wood call Macassor? Its got some nice colors and grain.
I hope to have a fingerboard of that wood in a couple of weeks:drool2::drool2:

I've heard of Maccasar,
which is in the ebony family.

If that's what you'r talking about,
it's supposed to be some nice stuff.
Nice score. :eusa_clap
BTW, what string scale?

all those switches give you exactly what I don't want in a guitar.

The lack of a reason to buy another guitar!

BTW, what string scale?

I ask for the short scale
he has done 25 & 25-1/2"
He bought a big azz pc and said he should be able to get 20-30 boards from it.:drool2:

Is it someone local? If so, go get a short scale FB
from Stewie or Warmoth, and take it to them to measure.

Like I said before, 24 3/4" - 24 9/16", you won't be able to tell the difference
when you're playing it. The 25" string scale is nice as well.

nope he is in PA.
As long as its not a 25-1/2 I'm happy:icon_wink
