You built that ? :ahhh: I like that guitar alot. :drool2: I'm a huge George Lynch fan and this axe is one of my favorites. I can never afford the original J Frog guitar price tag. Dude, you are gonna have to make another one for me. :icon_bigg How much does one of those bad boys cost to make ?

Believe it or not I made the whole body in one weekend when my son, wife and daughter went to Caen in France on a Ice hockey trip I was bored and needed something to do so I thought what the hell and did one, it is carved from 1 piece of poplar and there are no glue on bits at all. I am a custom guitar maker here in the UK and do have a website at www.gajicguitars.com but somehow it isn't showing and need to contact them as to why it isn't showing up. I would certainly love to build anyone that wanted one and if anybody wants one I can help. I also make custom necks and bodies and also supply blanks for bodies and necks in various stages. The only thing is with being in the UK the versus the $ makes things expensive so I try and be competitive and nearly always help the other party out by one means or another so they get what they want. You can PM me and I can give you a price plus shipping. Also I would like to make it clear that my intention is not to come here and promote myself or what I do but share with you guys my love of guitars and what I have and also to see what you guys have. I like your version of Mom. Here is one that I am working on based on the original. I am not done with the paint yet but it is almost there.

I could see me wasting about $500 in wood then saying fuck it and give up.

Nice work guys. You have far more patience than I've ever had.

I would love to give it a try, I just dont have the shop to do it in!
If I could be a body already rough cut in that shape I could give it a go, but I dont have any of the big tool like band saw or drill press!!

That is awesome! You people have some talent!~

I built the first one earlier this year but was not happy with a few things. I have since improved the CG file and the carving (mainly the face and head) and wanted to share what I think is the most accurate replica of the original bones guitar J.Frog built back in 1986. This took a ton of research and test carves to get something that is this close.

You should be able to freeze frame one of the old Dokken videos and not tell much difference between this one and the original. I am also replicating the neck and logos of the original and should have the whole thing ready by next week.

Who's tooth are you going to put in the skull!!!??????

BTW, is that true, the tech actually put one of his own teeth in that 1st one??

Yes, J.Frog did put one of his own teeth in the original. BTW here is my latest bones guitar. I have made some revisions to the skull and have carved a new one.
