Man, I remember those. About 25 years ago when I was in junior high and dreaming of being a rock star, I used to write to all the companies to get their catalogs. Of course, Carvin was one of the easiest to get. I used to dream about owning one of those. Never did get one though. :icon_sad:

I still think they're pretty cool. I seem to remember the guy in Starship playing one. Can't remember anyone else though.

yeah, Today in my Civics class I was checking out the Carvin website.

It's cool that you can completely customize your own guitar :thumbs:

Ok, I have to admit it.

These things were one of my all-time G.A.S. axe's from back in 'the day'.

Yeah, I was a 'Kramer' player, and still am...but I always secretly G.A.S'ed for a V220. I thought these things were the sh&*.

And now, what do I see? After all these years, they re-release them. Damn. I guess I'm gonna have to check them out. I might even have to grab a maple hard tail monster...:drool2: :drool2: :drool2:

If I do, I'll be sure to post a full review with sound clips.

Man, I can't believe they re-released these things. I might even sell a Kramer or two to get a custom V220. (That should be a bold statement for those who know me).
